Being Alone, Uneasiness BeginsEven as her body felt better with each sip she took, she felt lonely, even as she drove her family away, she felt the void that she yearned to be filled. Even as she looked at the half full glass with ice that sparkled in the dim candle light, she wanted the darkness to fall. Her eyes ached and her fingers were numb, and the music was sweetly drumming melodic tunes in her ears and through the walls of her small one bedroom apartment. She could recognize that her body was no longer being held under strict control, but its been one of those days. For one thing, he was a friend of my ex, who had since traveled like a migratory bird until he rested on the shores of the Pacific. Before I could imagine the entire introduction to a subject I had never dared attempt before, the thoughts of a long, lost love overcame me. These melodic tunes greeted my ears like an old friend found knocking at the front door for dinner. Contemplating the move towards insanity,
Minds are only as great as we see fit. Showing pure greatness, yet you hide.
Longing to lodge yourself in my brain. Pinpoint the direct ailment then cure me. Continuously forced to go under. Will the answer ever be found?
